• A goal for the city is to create a TOWN CENTER to be focal point for the residents, commerce, and business within the city.
• As an anchor for that plan, the city has chosen to redevelop a big-box strip center into the civic offices and community open space.
• Strategies supplied by the consultant team will allow this to be a revenue positive move for the city.
